I have been noticing a pimple on my inner labia for sometime. It does not hurt or itch. What could be the reason?

It can be a small boil or acneiform lesion maybe. If it is not associated with pain or itching, it might not be alarmingly concerning. But since you're seeing it for sometime, a local examination by a Gynac or a Dermat will be helpful.
