From yesterday i am noticing that there has developed a pimple in my eyelid which is irritating while closing the eye. Kindly tell what should i do to eliminate this problem.

Hi The swelling can be infectious. If it is increasing in size and painful do consult an ophthalmologist.  Hot compresses can be tried at home for pain relief.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of lid infection Try A.warm Compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins C.  Systemic antibiotic be required Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better

This could be a stye , which is an infection. Do hot compresses to closed lid and apply some antibiotic ointment twice a day. Maskatieyeclinic opposite Charni Rd station east, Mumbai
