Hi Doctor, This is vikash, male,27 age. I have a pimple in buttock area( below sacral ). It is there since 1-2 months and is always dry, no liquid. Not sure if pimple or what. I pains a bit while sitting. I realised it when I was doing belly exercise, crunches and leg raises, it pains a lot. Attached is photo. Please help. Thanks
