Pimple converted into spike cyst.

I got one pimple on my jaw 4 months back & I tried pulling it out with my nail it got worsen. Till today it's not fine & it got converted into spike cyst. I also cutted same twice with nail cutter but it grown back. Pl. Help me on this thanks in advance. I also saw one video on YouTube which advised to use cologate I tried same but it's not helpful.
