I have a problem of piodinal sinus since last year and whenever i sits for a longer time in office,car the pains starts and the area gets swalloed...is there any other treament for this without undergoing for surgery.

Hi  Its  very painful, and typically occur between the ages of 15 and 35,  most common cause of pilonidal sinus is ingrown hair ,treated with antibiotics , hot compressors , creams for local applications , surgery and fibrin glue.... recurrence is common in pilonidal sinus ,....
