Pill dependency for sleep

I have been taking stalopam Plus for the past 6 years +. Now, I am unable to sleep without the pill. I want to quite this dependency.

Do not sleep during the day. Do mild walk in the evening and get a foot and head massage done on regular basis.
Next Steps
if possible, you can try taking shirodhara also.
