Piles surgery
I have done laser haemorrhoidectomy for gr-IV piles in year 2022.The surgeon has ensured that pile mass will shrink completely but it didn't,it just reduced in size.
The main issue with my piles is that stool didn't easily came out even after on laxative.So I failed to empty my bowels most of the time.
Please provide me the probable cause and solution for the same, I'm feeling very depressed 😔

Hey there are different positions of piles. Primary piles are present at 3 specific site and after surgery they do not occur. But secondary piles may occur in between. But there may b any other cause like tag/ stricture or anything else, so Get urself examined.
