Painful piles of my pravit part.high pain no relif any medicine.it a big problem.two week my piles painful and blood down on the toilet...plz help me.i am a big problem.

Generally piles are painless except in complicated stage. painful bleeding occurs in anal fissure . this can be treated by taking stool softener and high fibre diet. Advanced piles need surgical treatment.
