I have piles problem from last four days, paining during toilet and during walking. Unable seat . Plz suggest medicine.

Piles are nothing but swelling of the veins in the rectum or anus .. since you have pain , apply dobesil - H ointment . Take sitz bath with warm water and dettol liquid . Increase dietary fibre intake . Drink 2-3 litres of water / day . Doing all this should certainly improve your condition . Do contact me for further queries .
