Piles-Post Surgery Complications

I underwent internoexternal piles laser surgery with Kshar Sutra on 1st June 2020. But I am still not feeling well and bleeding is there while bowel movements. It's tremendous pain and I am also following up with my treating doctor. Is there any anal stenosis or stricture which is causing the bleeding and if yes, what ailments are 100% curing. Please let me know. Thank you.
