Lumps of flesh ( soft ) gets pushed out while passing stool. After cleaning am able to push them back like self reducing kinds. The size of lumps getting out has gradually increased. There is no pain or blood. Its just the uncomfortable feeling. Also there is lingering feeling of dis-satisfaction as though stomach is still not clear
