Recently general surgeon is confirmed that IAM suffering from piles in initial stages , surgery not required. Pls clarify that initial stage may be cured by medicines, if yes then which the best. Allopathic, ayurvedic, homeopathic or unani. Pls suggest

Grade 1 piles can be treated well with medicines. Sometimes some minor procedure may be done for early faster Relief. If constipation is there it has to be treated first otherwise piles will further increase.
