Sir I have got piles I am 25 but main thing is I can feel it outside comming from inside while washing anas and this is just near the hole.... Prescrib me some medicine....

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If it's already coming outside, medicines will not help. .you can apply pilex using the applicator. Have high fiber diet. Don't strain for stools.
