Piles cure at intial stage

A week ago i had itching sensation in rectum so i thought it may be due to some other issue but from tomorrow i feel pain while popping and feels a pimple or lymph inside near rectum and after stool i have pain for long time with burning sensation. Please suggest ant OTC ointment or tablet or when and which doctor should i visit. I am not able to sit for long time as i have long working hours job.
