I have been diagnosed with Piles & Fistula. My question is which surgery is good, open surgery or laser therapy.

Hi Piles and fistula are two different kinds of conditions, though occurring in the same region, called rectum. Both need different way of approach. Homoeopathy has a solution for that, without surgery. But needs details about you and your condition. Visiting in person helps. Regards
