Hi I have 3months old baby exclusively breastfeeding. I have got this Piles problem after delivery. Today it's bleeding acutely on passing stools. Since am breastfeeding is it safe to use the factu ointment, along with magnesium sulphate powder and glycerin application. Please recommend me a treatment for stopping bleeding
