I have piles. 10yrs back i have taken ayurvedic treatment for the same and i had no issue later. Now after delivery theses hemorrhoids has re-occured causing sever pain. I m also breastfeedinv

HELLO, SEITZ BATH TAKE A TUB FILLED WITH HOT WAETR ADD FOUR LIDS OF BETADINE SOLUTION N SIT IN IT FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTE FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS, IF POSSIBLE TWO TIMES A DAY. TAB SIGMOFALM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. APPLY LOCALLY PROCTOSEDIL OINTMENT LOCALLY WITH FINGER PROPERLY ALL AROUND IN ANAL MUCOSA,TWO TIMES A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON. OK
