My mother is suffering from hyper pigmentation on cheeks area past 2 years. Currently she's applying aloe vera gel and other home remedies, but there is no hint of improvement. Please refer the attached images of pigmentation on cheeks area. Request to experts kindly suggest us medicines/ ointment / creams for treatment of pigmentation.

This is melasma. FIrst and foremost, sunprotection is very important. If you don't do that, it will never go. So this is required all your life.
