Hi, I have pigmentation marks on both my lower legs up to calf level... I was through this online and have various reasons given 1. Veinous insufficiency 2. Pre-diabetic or diabetic reasons 3. Due to obesity I am an obese with 37.2 BMI, 104 kgs, 5 ft 6 inch.. Can you tell how I can get this treated..is this a cause of worry..
