Pigmentation in pregancy

Hi...i am 24.week pregnant...n i hv pigmentation on my cheeks nose...its looks very ugly...i consult dermatologist but he just saying its normal in pregncy...we cant do any laser therepy for it...So wht can i do now...Any safe,creame?? Home remidies? Plz suggest

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
