Dear doc.I have pigmentation look like (am not sure) dark patches in my both elbows and back neck. It looks so dark compared to other body skin color so it looks so odd. I do use sunscreen and I don't go under sun often too.last time I did a back waxing and then I got allergic reaction and now the black color looks spread in my Back side. And my knees and elbows are so dark compared to other body color. Let me attach some pic so that u will get a clear picture. Please suggest me something for this. Thank u so much for ua valuable time
