Hair fall is a common problem with patient with thyoid problem. Please check your blood for
thyroid fuction every three month and alway be under supervision of an endocrinologist.
Skin pigmentation too may be warning sign of further hormonal disbalance, so please get a through encocrine check up done.
Some simple measures like using sun screen lotions while going out, doing yoga, drinking 3-4 lits of water everyday will help the controlling the effect of aging on the skin.
Also taking steam on the face and then gentel massage will tone up the facial muscle, it will make skin remain younger for long time.
Food rich in vitamine C ( Fruits, vegetables, salads) are very important to keep the skin healthy.
