I am struggling with pigmenation problem around my lips and chin from past 2 years ' i have used skin shine cream wich contains hydroquinone and it makes my skin more worset ,This pigmentation can be seborrheic melanosis, i have big black marks around my lips and chin please some one suggest me any medication help me to get ride of this plsssss
