It feels like a needle is piercing especially when I close my eyes. Left eye, under the top eye cover of my right eye.

Hello This could be due to dryness or foreign body in eye Try A. Cold compresses B. Use lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist

Foreign body sensation is many times related to allergy or dry eyes. You can try a tear substitute like Refresh Tear drops. If this does not help, see an eye specialist.
