I had piercing on my ear a year back.now it has bump back of my ear.please help me out of this issue

Your swelling behind the ear following ear piercingcould be a keloid.small keloids generally can be treated with intralesional steroids.large keloids requires surgical removal.

You seem to have developed keloid in the ear piercing site. If it's very large then surgical excision is the only option. If it's small then intra lesional steroid injection can be beneficial
