Hii Dr my self adarsh kumar I am worried all time about heart attack there is pain in my left chest I done twice ecg which is normal but due to eccessive of woory and fear I filled like heart attack anxiety pelptation chest haviness and chest discomfort neck and hand discomfort breathlessness can you please suggest how to get rid out of it as it is happemprring my daily lifestyle and . Thyroid-normal Blood sugar-normal Cbc-normal Urine test -normal Ecg-normal

It’s a kind of panic attack because of overthinking about getting diseased. Change your lifestyle, Have a purpose in life, Believe in God or supreme power . Do have an active life. Still doesn’t help then consult a Psychiatrist
