Hello dr. I have an problem which was that in every morning phlegm occurs which was comes from continuously 2-3 months Kindly suggest me for removing thistle

Rx - SYRUP BENADRYL for wet cough, 1 tsf qid. - TAB CO-TRIMOXAZOLE DS, bid.          DrPBM. Do Sputum examination.
