Age -52 My father is having extreme phimosis. Foreskin is fully blocked. Only 1-2 drops of urine comes after long struggle. Unable to control urine since. 15+ hours and because of this he's having pain and extreme discomfort. ✓ He has blood sugar level of 250 (checked on glucometer just now) ✓BP is under normal. We have to get it circumcised urgently. What should we do considering the blood sugar levels? Please please please reply.

You are too sure of his diagnosis. I will suggest that you consult a General Surgeon or a Urologist for proper examination of your father. It could be even an enlarged Prostate or a urethral structure.

phimosis with urine retention is an urology emergency .Take him immediately to hospital to be seen by urologist. His glucose level will be managed by hospital before surgery, You don't need to delay hospital visit due to his glucose level
