Phimosis related

Hello, I am married and have a kid. I lately realized that I have Phimosis. Due to lack of awareness I never found this.  Till l now I do not have any issues either in my sexual life or urinary related. After getting to know about this I am a bit afraid now. Is it common to go with it or should I undergo some treatment? Kindly please help sharing your suggestions. Thanks in advance.
