Phimosis or Tigh frenulum

I am unable to retract my foreskin when erect. However I can retract when flaccid. Still my foreskin is bit tight. Do I need surgery to fix this. Circumcision or frenauloplasty. I have attached pictures in flaccid state.

Hello sir.. I would say.. just my personal suggestion. Go with frenuloplasty and PREPUTIOPLASTY . If this has been a problem right from childhood than I would advise against circumcision . But if you have recurrent infections and itching pain in the area.. you can still get medicines and ointments to let it heal and than go for preputioplasty. Circumcision is a overkill..
