I am currently using Betnovate for one month and have never been able to retract my foreskin. Will there be smegma build up over the 25 years? Should I vigorously clean? Please help with educating me.

Consult a general surgeon/ urologist for treatment. Long term use of  Betnovate  have many side effects.
