Philmosis unable to pull back penis skin
Unable to pull back penis foreskin over head of penis. It is too tight. I think i have Philmosis. In my childhood, the penis fore skin was small cut by doctor as it was stuck and not going back to normal. Image attached.

The main difference between a circumcised (cut) and uncircumcised (uncut) penis is the presence of foreskin around the head of the penis.
