Pharyngotonsillitis
I suffered from pharyngotonsillitis about 16 days ago and took inj xone xp bd for 5 days .Got relieved but there are some pus dots on the pharynx wall and some pus (or mucus?) downwards .I also took cefpodoxime proxetil and have been gargling with salt water . Still suffering from post nasal drip. Please help

Gargle with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day, nasivion s nasal drops 2 drops 4 times a day in each nostril. Tablet mucinac 600 mg 1 tablet dissolved in one glass of water and drink it twice a day. U may need antibiotic, can’t prescribe that without consultation and properly assessing the indication because of the fear of resistance development.
