Can it be treated without antibiotics . I have severe throat infection and don't want to consume antibiotics. Is it possible to treat without antibiotic.

U can try hone remedies like warm water gagrgles and turmeric milk etc but if its getting worse get it checked with ENT and start antibiotics if its severe.
