I'm 14 and I masturbate a lot since I watched sex, sometimes after I cum I forgot to clean my penis with soap, and recently I found some plaque at the top of my penis and some I was unable to clean. And even I saw plaque through the skin at my glans, I cant to pull down the skin to see it. Is it ok not to go to doctor or any treatment I can do now?
