Persistent throat infection with blood in spit regularly on brushing rear end of tongue. Irritation in throat as well. Mild fever and fatigue lately. Reasonably fit individual and not had such a issue for a long time so was hoping body will self heal, but this time seems some severe infection. Any self mediation suggested or consulting doc best option? Please advise.
