Persistent nausea

I have been experiencing persistent nausea for almost a month, with recurrent vomiting, stomach discomfort, and difficulty eating despite feeling hungry. I have lost significant weight due to reduced food intake. I sometimes experience difficulty passing stool and incomplete bowel movements. A month of nausea, vomiting and weight loss with normal blood, kidney and liver reports points more towards a medication-related or functional stomach issue than something these tests would catch. Your low B12 and folate are likely from eating less, and low levels themselves can make nausea worse.
Next Steps
Correcting the B12 and folate usually helps settle part of this. Since sertraline and coming off clonazepam can both cause nausea, discuss the timing with your psychiatrist. Please also see a general physician or gastroenterologist given the ongoing weight loss, since you may need an endoscopy to look closer.
Health Tips
Go to a hospital the same day if you cannot keep fluids down, feel very weak, or the weight loss keeps progressing.
