Gum and bone may be effected but redness or swellings  visible not in gums highly or may be not at all . I have sinus problem with post nasal drip with clear mucus drip down from head most times . Also have panic disorder with anxiety from one year for that i currently under medication . A chill feel also present sometimes . What causes this numbness tooth pain in gum, and teeth ?

Pain in teeth, usually suggests infection, dental caries. Consult a dentist for proper evaluation and further management.
