Itching in throat and ear and continous coughing. Not much mucus from coughing. Nose also blocked alternatively.

Your problem could be chronic sinusitis leading to post nasal drip and throat irritation. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinus to evaluate further and determine the treatment accordingly. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
