Persistent cough and bumps on throat

I have been experiencing a persistent cough. It started about a week, week and a half ago. I don't cough up anything except mucus occasionally. I also noticed some bumps on the back of my throat. I have not had any other symptoms other than the cough. No fever, no fatigue, my throat doesn't hurt etc. I also want to let you know I am sexually active
