My 5 year old son is suffering from anemia. He gets attacked by cold and fever frequently. His hematology HB 8.2 WBC 6700 Reactive lymphocytes 6% Neutrophils 50.2 Lymphocytes 40 Eosinophils 3.5 RBC 5 million PCV 27.5 MCV 54.9Fl MCH 16.4pg MCHC29.8g/DL Platelet 3.29lakh Rdw 17 MPV 4.4 Pdw 15.3 ESR 24mm/hr Peripheral smear study Microcytic hypochromic anaemia with neutrophilic series show mild shift to left upto metamyelocyte and few reactive lymphocytes seen. He is taking manoll syrup. Plz help.

Get his serum iron studies and hemoglobin electrophoresis done. Visit the paediatrician with all the reports.
