I took the cream 3 times , each a week apart. It's been now 3 weeks after the third application. New bumps have come up now from yesterday and itching again started. Looks like re infestation. Can I again start a 2 course Permethrin application again a week apart. Is it safe or I need to wait for more weeks ?
