Hi all doctor, Is there any cure to my problem I am suffering from early discharge and erectile dysfunction since 17 years old... Lot of night falls too multiple times in a night. During intercourse it hardly 10 second.. I have already take lots of medicine..Spent huge money . Is there any one who take guaranteed result.. Please help me
