Hello doctor. I am suffering from pimples on my nose for 5 years. I used to have pimples on other parts of my face but they will get cleared on its own. But the one on my nose is not going away. I cannot feel any pain and it looks like a bump. I have oily face and too much oil secretion on my nose. I have tried various creams and ointments but none of them helped. Please give me suggestions to get rid of this and get a smooth and plain looking nose. I have attached the pictures for your reference.
