Periods too frequent after marriage.

Age 28 yrs. Having normal periods earlier after intervals of around 30 days. 15 Oct to 20 oct: normal period. 21 Oct: got married. 22 Oct : had sex- bleeding started n continued for around 2 days. 7 Nov to 11 Nov  : period started, 1st time a week earlier. 18 Nov : again it started n still continuing. Having sex without protection through out the last month. Why it's happening so frequently?
