Primolute N 5 mg tad twice a day for 5 days period should come within 3- 5 days but you shouldn't take any such treatment without consultation or advise of gynaecologist as it can be harmful to take such treatment without proper investigation and advise. Please in my opinion you should first consult gynaecologist .
