Periods problem

It's my 1st day of period which cMe 5 days before the date.. And Having more lower abdominal pain  with almost no/very very less blood flow than normally it happens.. Should I consult Gynae now(it's difficult to get up) or wait for the periods to get over and then take an appointment.
