Periods problem

Hello doctor, I got periods on 25 March which lasted for only 1.5 day with normal period cramps, then on 28 April same thing happened and I tested for high prolactin (1month treatment done) urine infection and liver infection (treatment done) on 29 may I got my periods 4 days with blackish greyish clot with no pain but heavy pressure on pelvic mainly when I lay down? What's happening, pls help me Thankyou

It could be PID (pelvic inflammatory disease ) which is commonly seen in such cases ,, you can take ibuprofen three times a day for 3 to 4 days, u will be fine
