If this pattern has changed from your previous cycles, you need an ultrasound to check if there is any cause in your uterus or ovaries that is causing this, along with a clinical examination (Per speculum) to see if there is any cause in your cervix or vagina. Also in medications you have mentioned abortion, if it was recently done Please visit your doctor.
