Just curious and wanted to know that I always have periods only to 2-3 days, while I checked with others girls they say there cycle is for 4-5 days. So is it ok or normal...do I need to concern about it. Is it because of I have lack of iron or something. Please suggest something...

It is normal.  Period length varies from person to person.  It is normal range of 2-7 days.
